1. Threads are only for officially licensed Avatar merchandise, anything else will be removed unless you can prove otherwise.
2. Ads posted in the "For Sale and For Trade" areas must be for officially licensed Avatar merchandise.
3. Do not attempt to sell ANY fan made goods anywhere on ALC.
4. Do not attempt to tricks the collectors/members on ALC by posting fan made items and trying to pass them off as official. Collectors put many hours into looking for these items, and misleading them will not be tolerated and will result in a ban.
5. Collection photos may be no more than 100kb
6. The Avatar Merchandise Lexicon is managed by staff as a fan resource. If you have an item that you would like added to the lexicon, post a high quality photo of the item with a short description in its corresponding thread. We will research your item (if needed) and update the Lexicon.
7. If you are interested in auctioning an item for Avatarlegacy's fundraising efforts, first contact us for permission before associating your auction with what we try to accomplish here. It’s important that we are reputable and consistent in our fund raising. Only auctions whose sale price is donated to ALC 100% will be allowed to mention the website in their auction's description.
8. Ultimately ALC reserves the right to manage these threads as we see fit.

Can these photos exceed the 100kb rule?  (Or would you simply prefer a hyperlink to the image instead?) 


Edit: Also, would you much prefer photos of UNOPENED merchandise or...?  Almost everything I have is open, and before I start donating the bulk of them, I'd want to help out with this Lexicon with high quality photos.  They just won't be in the boxes or anything.
